Cancellation/Returns and Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if production or fulfillment has not yet begun.
Orders already in production (especially print-on-demand items) cannot be cancelled.
To request cancellation, customers must contact support immediately via email.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

Due to the handmade and custom nature of many items, returns are limited.
Handmade Items

Handcrafted items including mini painting jewellery, brush resting stands, and handmade stationery are generally non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged.

If a product arrives damaged, customers must contact support within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:
• The damaged product
• Packaging
• Shipping label


Print-on-Demand Items:
Products manufactured through Printful such as canvas prints or apparel may be eligible for replacement if:
• The product arrives damaged
• There is a printing or manufacturing defect
• The wrong product was received
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


Digital Products:
Digital artwork downloads are non-refundable, as they are delivered instantly after purchase.
